Program Overview

The Master of Law and Management (MLM) by coursework is a specially designed masters degree which provides advanced study in the disciplines of law and management. Participants will be able to establish or reinforce a legal specialisation whilst acquiring or consolidating an understanding of the functional areas of management.

The degree is directed towards the following:
Practitioners who have management responsibilities in a firm
Lawyers dealing with corporations who need advanced legal knowledge and a solid understanding of the language and core concepts of management
Practising managers in industry who seek to broaden both their management and legal expertise.

The MLM is offered by the Faculty of Law with support from the Australian School of Business and the Australian School of  Taxation.

A major benefit of doing your MLM degree at UNSW is the expansion of your network to include non-lawyers on their way to becoming senior decision-makers in organisations throughout the country and overseas.
