Alumni & Community

UNSW Law alumni are a young and vibrant community. Since our first graduation in 1976, our alumni have reached senior positions in the legal profession, in business, and in the government and non-government sectors in Australia and internationally.

You can keep in touch whether you are in Australia or overseas through our active groups in Sydney, Hong Kong, Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, Germany, Switzerland, UK and USA.

We organise a range of events, programs and services which include:

• Look Who’s Talking series of talks for students and alumni showcasing our alumni working in different careers
• Class reunions
• Casual drinks and informal dinners
• Annual November drinks

All graduates of the Faculty of Law are members of the alumni. Past UNSW Law Faculty staff are also eligible to join.

Alumni membership is free, and entitles you to participate in the activities and services.

You can help us keep our UNSW Law alumni in the following ways:

• Keep your membership details current
• Come along to Law alumni events
• Be involved in law school activities such as mentoring, competition judging and speakers’ forums
• Stand for election to the Chapter’s Executive Committee
