UNSW Law Alumni Chapter – how can you be involved?

The involvement of a wide range of law alumni is vital if we are to achieve the Aims & Objectives of the Chapter. The chapter has four sub-committees: social, membership and marketing, education and community. Each of these sub-committees has established a wide range of professional and social activities and events. On the social side, these have included a flagship dinner, a cocktail party, Alumni/Student Law Society drinks and class reunions. Further events being planned including events for alumni with children considering study at UNSW, sporting events and the gala opening of the New Law Building in 2006.

All graduates of the Faculty of Law are members of the Alumni. Past UNSW Law Faculty staff are also eligible to join the UNSW Law Alumni Chapter. Alumni membership is free, and entitles you to participate in the activities and services currently being planned. Past staff membership is by application, using the link above.

All positions on the Executive Committee of the chapter are elected at the AGM and are open to all Law Alumni. Sub-committee membership is voluntary and also open to all alumni. If you are interested in joining the committee or assisting on one of the sub-committees please contact Susie Phe, Alumni Officer, at s.phe@unsw.edu.au
