Dr James Edelman
James Edelman is a barrister and Reader at Kings College London. His current research interests are in the law of obligations (contract, tort, equitable and trust obligations and unjust enrichment), property and jurisprudence. He has taught contract law, torts, trusts, consumer law, restitution, personal property and jessup international law mooting and has published books on interest awards and on damages. His areas of legal practice also include criminal law.
