Restitution in Commercial Law Conference 2007

Following the success of the Fusion Conference 2004, the conference convenors, Simone Degeling and James Edelman are delighted to announce the conference “Restitution in Commercial Law” to be held in August 2007. Further details about this conference will be available in early 2006.

Fusion Conference 2004

In 2004 the Faculty of Law hosted an international conference entitled “Fusion: The Interaction of Common Law & Equity in Commercial Law”. The conference explored the extent and manner of the interaction between common law and equity, with particular reference to commercial law.
