The Lucy Mentoring Program is an innovative leadership program with a primary focus on female university students studying business and law.

The Program inspires, motivates and educates women about the opportunities available for employment and leadership in the public and private sectors. This is achieved by establishing relationships between students and mentors who are working professionals.

The Program is being offered by the University of New South Wales in partnership with the New South Wales Department of Premier and Cabinet, Office for Women.
