Admission to UNSW Law postgraduate coursework programs is based on academic merit and in some cases relevant professional experience. All applicants must meet the University's English Language Requirements

How to apply
In order to allow sufficient time to process your application for admission and subsequently your student visa, it is desirable that you make your application for admission at least four months prior to the commencement of the semester in which you wish to enrol. You should also consult the UNSW International Student Website for important information for international students.
Offers and acceptance of places
It generally takes approximately one week for a complete application, i.e. one lodged with all relevant supporting documentations, to be considered and assessed. The UNSW Admissions Office will send an offer letter via email to successful applicants. Please note this may be subject to certain conditions. This offer should be accepted as soon as possible.
All successful applicants will also receive a welcome email from UNSW Law.
