Adam was one of the first graduates of UNSW Law School, one of the ‘Originals’. He is General Counsel and General Manager of Intellectual Property at CSIRO, Australia’s national science agency and one of the largest and most diverse research agencies in the world. He is President Elect of the Licensing Executives Society International, the world’s largest intellectual property based society and will take on the office of President in Amsterdam in September this year.
Adam has over 30 years of experience in law, specialising in intellectual property and its use in commercial and corporate contexts. Adam has advised a wide spectrum of parties involved in the innovation process, including research institutes, start ups, investment banks and multinational corporations on transaction and governance issues. Prior to joining CSIRO, Adam was most recently a partner at Freehills in the Corporate section.

Partner in Minter Ellison’s Intellectual Property Group, Lynne provides advice on all aspects of the creation, acquisition, commercialisation, management and protection of intellectual property rights.
Key focus areas for Lynne’s practice include the pharmaceutical, biotech and fast moving consumer goods industries. Lynne regularly acts for clients in large scale litigation to enforce IP rights. She also assists clients in the drafting and negotiation of IP related agreements.
