Law scholarship makes anything Pozible

Professor David Dixon speaks to The Australian (7 November 2013) about crowdsourcing funding for the Ngoc Tram Nguyen Scholarship.

Law Dean, David Dixon, said the scholarship for students from non-selective government schools in western Sydney, was alread up and running, with its inaugral winner, Victor Lam, currently in second year.

But the school had ambitions to increase the number of shcolarships, which are worth $25,000 - or $5000 for each of the five years of the undergraduate law degree.

After traditional fundraising efforts it still needs $30,000 to reach its target of $125,000 to offer a second scholarship.
