Why are competition laws so different? The Future of Competition Laws in ASEAN Countries April 2016

Associate Professor Deborah Healey spoke at the second edition of the Antitrust in Asia Conference on 25 April. The conference was jointly organised by ESSEC Singapore and Sorbonne-Assas International Law School with the support of Concurrences Review.

The conference explored the issues raised by the implementation and enforcement of antitrust rules in Asian countries and offered an opportunity for topical discussion amongst prominent local and international antitrust academics, enforcers, and practitioners.

Associate Professor Healey spoke about issues relating to convergence of competition laws in the ASEAN region.
