Jason Bosland joined the Faculty of Law as a Lecturer in September 2009. He has a BA/LLB(Hons) and an LLM from the University of Melbourne. He also has an LLM (with distinction) from the London School of Economics and Political Science, where he was awarded the Stanley De Smith prize in public law. Prior to joining UNSW, Jason was a Research Fellow and Sessional Lecturer in the Law School at the University of Melbourne.

Research Interests
Jason’s research interests are primarily in the areas of comparative media law, freedom of speech, intellectual property law – especially trade mark law – as well as technology and communications regulation and regulatory theory, particularly as it relates to emerging digital media platforms.
