Overview
Nicola McGarrity is the Director of the Terrorism and Law Project at the Gilbert + Tobin Centre of Public Law.
Nicola holds undergraduate degrees, with first class honours, in Arts and Law from Macquarie University. Nicola has previously worked as the Associate to Justice Brian Tamberlin, formerly of the Federal Court of Australia, and has taught a range of subjects at Macquarie University and Sydney University. She also practices as a barrister at the New South Wales Bar in the areas of constitutional law, administrative law, human rights law and intellectual property law.
