zMail closing down

 

Action Required - Your old zMail account will close on 31 August 2016

What do I need to do now?

1.      Please stop using zMail now. Your old zMail account and emails will not be accessible after 31 August 2016.

2.      Start accessing your new student email account

Go to: https://login.microsoftonline.com 

Username: zID@ad.unsw.edu.au   (This is not an email address)

Password: zPass

Remember your email address is zID@student.unsw.edu.au or name@student.unsw.edu.au (e.g. z1234567@student.unsw.edu.au or  j.smith@student.unsw.edu.au)

3.      If you have used your old zMail account to send or receive emails since 18 July 2016 and you wish to keep a copy of these emails, forward a copy to your new Cloud mailbox. You will no longer be able to access zMail after 31 August 2016)

Why is this happening?

On 18 July 2016 your UNSW email account was moved from zMail to Cloud Email. Your zMail account will be closed on 31 August 2016.
