Experiential Learning Summer 2018/2019 applications open 7 August 2018

If you are looking to apply your legal skills and work on real-life projects, UNSW Law offers Australia's largest range of experiential learning opportunities to help you stand out from the crowd! Over the Summer Session you can gain 6 UOC to 12 UOC of course credit.

Mindfulness Meditation - CAPS Workshops for Students

Mindfulness Meditation

In these Mindfulness Meditation groups, we will offer a theme each week, and engage in a discussion and do a practice together.

With regular practice, many people find that mindfulness can help them to experience less stress, anxiety and worry, as well as greater meaning and more self-acceptance. You still experience difficult thoughts and feelings, but you have a greater capacity to be with them, rather than be trapped by them.

We will cover the following topics:

NACLC Conference Volunteer Call Out - not for course credit

The National Association of Community Legal Centres and Community Legal Centres NSW are pleased to announce the 2018 National Community Legal Centres Conference to be held on Monday 27th August to Thursday 30th August 2018 at the Sydney Masonic Centre Conference and Function Centre in Sydney. The conference will provide an excellent opportunity for attendees to hear from experts inside and outside the sector, as well as participate in a series of interactive workshops.
