Professor Prue Vines
Prue Vines is a Professor at the Faculty of Law, UNSW, Sydney.
I have been a member of the Law School since 1990.
My major areas of interest are torts ( especially attribution of responsibility in negligence and apologies in civil liability ) and succession law. (wills and estates - in which I am especially interested in the making of culturally appropriate wills for Indigenous people. I am the co-Director of the Private Law Research and Policy Group UNSW.
